Logistics & Schedule
Move‑In
• Day‑Before: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Day 1 Morning: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM (all booths ready by 9:45 AM)
• Vendor Hall Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (both days)
Tear Down
• Day 2: 4:45 PM – 7:00 PM• Early breakdown is not permitted
Policies & Requirements
Most of our customers get relief after their first session, and recover completely after finishing the program.
Insurance & Permits
• COI naming venue and organizer as additionally insured (1M/2M aggregate)
• Food vendors: local health dept permit + fire inspection compliance
• All vendors: proof of business/nonprofit status if applicable
Operations
• No explicit religious iconography required; warrior aesthetic only
• No illegal, adult, or unsafe items
• Booth must be staffed during open hours
• Florida sales tax compliance is the vendor’s responsibility
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
• 50% due upon approval to reserve space; balance due by May 15, 2026
• Cancellations before April 15, 2026: 75% refund of amounts paid
• Cancellations April 16–May 15, 2026: 50% refund
• No refunds after May 15, 2026
• Event occurs rain or shine; force majeure policies apply
